Welcome to AIHStore (All India Hardware). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the AIHStore website at https://aihstore.in, its Android application, and related services.
By accessing AIHStore, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
ABOUT AIHSTORE
AIHStore is an e-commerce platform for discovering and purchasing hardware, tools, construction supplies, electrical products, plumbing products, business supplies, and other physical goods.
Some products may be supplied directly by AIHStore, while others may be listed or fulfilled by independent sellers. Product availability and serviceability may depend on stock, location, delivery address, and seller capacity.
ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law. If you use AIHStore for a business, shop, firm, company, or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act on its behalf.
You are responsible for:
• Providing accurate and current information.
• Keeping your login credentials confidential.
• All activity performed through your account.
• Informing us promptly about suspected unauthorised access.
We may suspend or restrict accounts involved in fraud, misuse, false information, abusive conduct, or violations of these Terms.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We try to display product names, images, specifications, prices, taxes, pack sizes, minimum order quantities, stock status, and other information accurately.
However:
• Images may be illustrative, and packaging may change.
• Colours and appearance may differ due to screens, photography, or manufacturer updates.
• Product information may be supplied by manufacturers, brands, distributors, or sellers.
• Typographical, pricing, specification, and stock errors may occasionally occur.
Please verify critical specifications, sizes, compatibility, and intended use before ordering.
MINIMUM ORDER AND PACK QUANTITY
Certain products are sold only in minimum-order or box quantities. The quantity shown on the product page or in the cart may increase in fixed multiples—for example, 5, 10, 15 or 20, 40, 60.
By placing an order, you accept the displayed minimum order quantity, pack quantity, pricing unit, and quantity multiple.
PRICES AND TAXES
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, delivery charges, handling charges, platform charges, or other fees will be shown before order confirmation wherever applicable.
Prices and offers may change without prior notice. A pricing error does not oblige AIHStore or a seller to fulfil an incorrectly priced order. If an error is discovered after payment, we may contact you to confirm the corrected price or cancel and refund the affected item.
A tax invoice will be issued where required and based on the billing information supplied by the customer.
ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is considered accepted only after it is confirmed for fulfilment.
We may cancel or modify an order because of:
• Insufficient stock.
• Incorrect price or product information.
• Delivery or serviceability limitations.
• Payment failure.
• Suspected fraud or misuse.
• Seller inability to fulfil the order.
• Events beyond reasonable control.
For orders containing multiple products, some items may be confirmed, cancelled, delayed, or fulfilled separately.
PAYMENTS
Available payment methods may include online payment, cash on delivery, wallet balance, or other methods displayed during checkout.
Online payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. AIHStore does not ordinarily store complete card, UPI PIN, or banking credentials.
Customers must not initiate an unjustified chargeback after receiving goods. Genuine payment disputes should first be reported through AIHStore support.
DELIVERY
Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by stock availability, seller location, courier operations, weather, strikes, remote-area serviceability, government restrictions, natural events, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Customers must provide a complete address, correct PIN code, and working telephone number. Additional freight or delivery terms may apply to bulky, heavy, wholesale, or remote-location orders.
Ownership and risk in goods pass according to applicable law and the relevant delivery or seller arrangement.
CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Cancellation, return, replacement, and refund eligibility will be governed by the policy displayed on AIHStore and any product-specific conditions.
Returns may be refused for goods that are:
• Used, installed, altered, damaged, or incomplete.
• Returned without original packaging, accessories, or invoice.
• Custom-made, cut to size, specially ordered, clearance, or non-returnable.
• Damaged due to incorrect installation, storage, handling, or misuse.
• Reported outside the applicable return period.
Customers should inspect shipments promptly and retain packaging. Damage, shortage, or incorrect supply should be reported with photographs or video within the stated period.
Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method or another permitted method. Processing time may depend on the payment provider or bank.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
SELLERS AND THIRD PARTIES
Independent sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, quality, stock, invoicing, warranties, and fulfilment of their listings.
AIHStore may facilitate communication, ordering, payment, and dispute resolution but does not manufacture every product listed. Manufacturer warranties, where available, remain subject to the manufacturer’s terms.
External services such as payment gateways, logistics companies, analytics providers, Google services, and Firebase may operate under their own terms and policies.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not:
• Use AIHStore for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.
• Attempt unauthorised access to accounts, servers, APIs, or databases.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with platform operation.
• Scrape, copy, or commercially exploit platform content without permission.
• Submit fake orders, reviews, identities, documents, or payment claims.
• Harass sellers, customers, staff, or other users.
• Purchase or list prohibited goods.
We may preserve and disclose relevant information where required by law or necessary to investigate fraud or security incidents.
REVIEWS AND USER CONTENT
If users submit reviews, questions, photographs, messages, or other content, they remain responsible for that content.
Content must not be unlawful, defamatory, misleading, obscene, infringing, abusive, or unrelated. AIHStore may moderate, reject, or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
By submitting content, you grant AIHStore permission to display and use it for operating and improving the platform, subject to our Privacy Policy.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The AIHStore name, branding, application, website design, software, text, graphics, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Brand names, logos, photographs, and product information belonging to manufacturers, sellers, or other parties remain the property of their respective owners.
Nothing in these Terms grants permission to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use protected material without authorisation.
DISCLAIMERS
AIHStore will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and accurate information, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate, compatible, and safe for their intended purpose. Products requiring professional installation or specialist knowledge should be handled by appropriately qualified persons.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, AIHStore will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from platform interruption, delivery delay, misuse, incorrect installation, third-party conduct, or unauthorised account access caused by the user.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited according to applicable law.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify AIHStore against reasonable losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the platform, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or fraudulent activity.
PRIVACY
Our collection and processing of personal information are explained in the AIHStore Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you acknowledge that policy.
ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
Users may stop using AIHStore at any time. AIHStore may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms.
Certain information may be retained after account closure where required for taxation, accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or other lawful purposes.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in services, operations, technology, or law. The revised effective date will be displayed on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer rights and mandatory law, disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of competent courts in Kondagaon, Chhattisgarh.
Users are encouraged to contact AIHStore support first so that concerns can be resolved promptly.
